How Can I Cancel or Modify an Order?

At QuickShipLights.com, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, this means that canceling or modifying an order may not always be immediate. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Order Processing

    • Once an order is placed, our team works swiftly to process it. If the order has already been shipped, canceling may require additional time to re-route the package back to the manufacturer's warehouse.
    • We collaborate closely with our vendors to accommodate any change requests, but please be aware that some requests may take time due to the nature of shipping physical goods.
  2. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

    • To cancel or modify an order, please open a support ticket as soon as possible: Cancel/Modify Order Request.
    • Our support team will do their best to accommodate your request.
  3. After Shipment

    • If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel it, you may need to wait until the package is re-routed back to the warehouse before a refund is processed.
    • If the carrier attempts delivery of a canceled order, you should refuse delivery. If the materials are delivered, your card will not be refunded until the goods are returned to the warehouse.
    • You will need to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from us before returning any products to the warehouse.
  4. Refunds

    • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed once the material has been received back at the manufacturer's warehouse with the appropriate RMA.
