Return Policy

At QuickShipLights.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
    • Products that have been customized by the factory or other custom orders, clearance items, and products labeled as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, contact our support team to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  3. Refunds

    • Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Outbound shipping charges and any other hard costs that are incurred to deliver the product will not be refunded.
    • Restocking fees may apply but will be communicated to you prior to the return of the material.
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
  4. Return Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
