Tracking Your Order

Once you've placed an order on QuickShipLights.com, tracking your shipment is simple. Follow these steps to stay updated on your shipment:

  1. Order Tracking Email

    • After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an order update email with a tracking link. This link allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  2. Accessing Tracking Information

    • If you have an account, you can also log in to your Order History to find tracking information for each order.

  3. Tracking Your Package

    • Click on the tracking link provided in the email or in your account to view the real-time status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.  There may be cases where the carrier's system doesn't allow us to link to their tracking page.  In those situations, we'll do our best to specify the carrier in plain text.

  4. Delivery Updates

    • The carrier will provide updates on your package’s location and estimated delivery date. Feel free to sign up for the carrier's email updates.  If there are any delays, you’ll be notified through their tracking system.
