Speed and stock visibility are two of the reasons we built QuickShipLights. Before you place an order, you can see exactly what is available, and for most items you can count on fast same-day processing.

Live Inventory on Every Product Page

Our product pages show live in-stock quantities based on a daily inventory feed from our supplier's warehouse. If the product detail page shows the item as in stock, the quantity shown is what is physically on the shelf and available to ship.

The stock indicator on each product page will show one of the following:

• In Stock: available to ship right now, with the quantity on hand displayed
• Low Stock: limited quantity remaining; order soon to avoid a backorder
• Out of Stock / On Backorder: the item is temporarily unavailable; an estimated restock date is shown when we have one

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: 1 PM Pacific

In-stock items ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time (4:00 PM Eastern), Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

How Shipping Time Is Calculated

Your total delivery time has two parts:

1. Processing time: the time it takes for your order to be picked, packed, and handed to the carrier. For in-stock items ordered before the 1 PM Pacific cutoff, this is usually the same business day.
2. Transit time: how long the carrier takes to deliver the package to your address. This depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout and your distance from our supplier's warehouse in Southern California.

Estimated transit times are shown at checkout for the shipping methods available on your order.

What If My Item Is Out of Stock?

If an item shows as out of stock or on backorder, you have a few options:

• Check the estimated restock date shown on the product page, when available
• Place a backorder to secure your spot in the queue; we will ship as soon as inventory arrives
• Contact us for an alternate. We can often suggest a comparable fixture that is in stock with the same specs (wattage, color temperature, mounting type).

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

A small number of items are built to order (for example, custom color temperature, custom wattage, or factory-configured options). These are marked as such on the product page and have their own lead times, which we will confirm with you at the time of order. Many custom configurations still turn around quickly thanks to our supplier's short production lead times.
